At first glance it seems to me specially fitted for ubuntu, (I don't know half of the applications).
But it's a exemple of what we could do in several languages. This one is LaTeX, so may be not that easy to edit :-(), but I have also an other one, similar, on scribus.

50 ct? They surely can't be making money on it. But yeah, it's nice. Like many other ideas, btw :D If you or someone feels like doing it, I'd help out *a bit* but you probably have to be ready to do most of the work on this yourselves. Not that it's such a HUGE amount but I find many people simply don't have the balls to finish something like this ;-)
