1. How will be uploaded the files ( .pdf format right? ) anybody will have power to do this job ? Or will be "moderated" by 5 - 10 guys ?
Not sure of the best way to do this. But maybe for now create an account so that way we can have the create author on it. Then let me know that you want to post. I think we might end up with several admins that can review and accept posts? Thoughts on this are welcome.
2. The language ? Only english ?
hadn't really thought a ton about this. But maybe yes and then we'll just tag things with the correct language tag? en, br, etc. and that way the can be filtered for planets, etc...
