The point of this special meeting is to give those in other regions that are underserved by our 15:00 UTC meetings a chance to get together. Many are not able to attend 15:00 UTC meetings because it is late night or because it is during working hours for people in Western Hemisphere. They should be given an opportunity to be included, not excluded. My invitation to such a meeting still stands. Those who attend our regular meetings may attend if they wish or they may continue to do the work they are already working on.
