[opensuse-marketing] Issue 58 and FOSDEM

Hi @all kive from FOSDEM! As we already have many posts about fosdem and there's more to come - i'd propose to make an own "special fosdem newsletter" so you are free to decide to translate the more articles. Most of the "in the community stuff" is moved to an own FOSDEM 2009 page. Link follows in the next mail.
