One thing that I'd like to clarify is what other teams we have that are related to marketing. I'm thinking of ambassadors and the art team. The art team IMO is separate from the marketing team but delivers art work for distribution, web site and marketing.
+1. As the list does not specify Artwork as a team but as an item. I agree that Artwork and other things like the Newsletter team are not directly under the domain of Marketing. There is overlap, but not direct ownership under Marketing, and shouldn't be the case. Nevertheless, we, as the Marketing Team, need to clearly define what it is we want/need (criteria) and express it to the Artwork Team as needed.
The ambassadors are not a team yet - we would need a couple of folks to step up and organize the ambassador team.
