One thing to add: Japanese mail sent from Japanese windoze netscape mail was rendered my Yahoo mail with a header line in ISO-2022 and body text in EUC-JIS. Strange, but I can view them at least one by one. I wonder when Unicode will be standard everywhere and make an end to this horrendous mess.
