I found the latest fontconfig-devel-2.6.0-1.1.x86_64.rpm package in M17N repository doesn't include /usr/lib64/libfontconfig.la.

I need the file to compile JD - 2ch viewer. How can I get it ?

But on older distributions where .la files from other packages still contain references to fontconfig, it may cause problems deleting them.
