[opensuse-m17n] export INPUT_METHOD in ~/.profile don't work
In openSUSE 10.2 seem can't use this method to define user's IM I have several input-method for Chinese You can download from http://software.opensuse.org/download/home:/swyear/openSUSE_10.2/i586/ I use a zh_TW.UTF-8 locale chen@linux:/etc/X11/xim.d> ls am bn de es fr he it kk lo nb none pl sk zh_CN zh_TW ar cs el fa gcin hi ja kn ml nl oxim ru sv zh_HK as da en fi gu hr ka ko my nn pa scim vi zh_SG chen@linux:/etc/X11/xim.d> cd zh_TW/ chen@linux:/etc/X11/xim.d/zh_TW> ll 總計 0 lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 7 2007-01-27 21:30 20-oxim -> ../oxim lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 7 2007-02-22 00:56 30-gcin -> ../gcin lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 7 2006-12-27 08:38 50-scim -> ../scim In this case KDE will launch oxim as default IM But in SuSE 10.0 I can add export INPUT_METHOD="gcin" or "scim" in ~/.profile to launch gcin or scim when next login KDE But don't work in openSUSE 10.2 I have report a bug in https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=235044
