Well, Mitra and Ani are not being actively developed anymore (basically they were designed as "proof of concept fonts", and released even before Microsoft released the Open Type specs for Bengali) - and currently Akaash is going a rewrite. So I don't think it would be a good idea to include those fonts at this stage.
