Takashi, I think we should keep/install ibus-table-zhuyin for Taiwan locale (zh_TW), I never heard of the other four input tables/methods, perhaps they're used in mainland china. Hope this helps. Regards, Michael 2011/7/22 Takashi Iwai <tiwai@suse.de>

Hi,
now I submitted ibus stuff in M17N repo to FACTORY. Some packages are still under evaluation by autobuild team, but the basic packages have been checked in.
I looked through the package list, then found that some ibus-table-* packages still remain like below. ibus-table-jyutping ibus-table-xinhua ibus-table-zhengma ibus-table-zhuyin ibus-table-ziranma
The web page of ibus shows that they are deprecated. Can we drop these packages, or any usefulness to keep them?
Does anyone have clue? We need an advice from Chinese natives.
Also, I'm working on adding "Provies: locale(ibus:XX)" tag to each ibus module package. The package with such a tag will be installed automatically when ibus is installed on the specified locale (XX).
Then now I stumbled on ibus-table-*. Which package should be installed automatically for which locales?
thanks,
