I guess the reason is because the package is libfm-qt6-14????
I think the reason is that:
https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1173382 is wrong.
It removed `Requires: %{name}-data >= %{version}` and added `Requires:
%{_name}-data = %{version}-%{release}`.
I don't see why we should have the %{release} there.

That's X11:LXQt/libfm-qt. It's not in the staging. Seems that request was declined: https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1174222
yes...the reason was: can't install libfm-qt6-lang-2.0.2-1.1.noarch: nothing provides libfm-qt6 = 2.0.2 needed by libfm-qt6-lang-2.0.2.noarch
