Have LXDE up and running and are quit satisfied with it. Want to fade out or get rid of KDE because with my hardware it is way to massive. Where should I start? Assume that I could reduce the software repositories. E.g. remove KDE factory. Is there a (favorite) list of repositories for LXDE openSUSE? How may I get a cleaner LXDE? Suggestions please.
the only LXDE suggested repo is X11:lxde. It's recommended to add it on openSUSE 11.3, you should already have it if you installed lxde on <= 11.2 to remove KDE, i guess you can try with zypper rm -t pattern kde4 Andrea - -- - ------------------------------------------ Andrea Florio QSI International School of Brindisi Sys Admin CISCO CCNA Certified openSUSE-Education Administrator openSUSE Official Member (anubisg1) Email: andrea@opensuse.org Packman Packaging Team Email: andrea@links2linux.de Web: http://packman.links2linux.org/ Cell: +39-328-7365667 - ------------------------------------------ -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.15 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with SUSE - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iEYEARECAAYFAkvlD+AACgkQyCZT87TFPuhcbwCgu9kj4pqRHeqR/MPQOI2zyjYx BpEAoOleNtRyKgMO/ZXhY/sfkVsb9XfG =WuHo -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-lxde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-lxde+help@opensuse.org
