Hello Miguel... I think you may have chosen badly in posting to this very dead list. Your post is the first public post here that I remember seeing here in a very long time. Try posting your question to Lxde-list@lists.sourceforge.net but first go to https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/lxde-list to learn about that list. And be prepared to better explain your problem. They are LXDE people but they don't necessarily run opensuse. I run opensuse 13.2 with LXDE and even I don't know what you are talking about. Taskbar? The Taskbar sits on a Panel and is a list of open windows, nothing placed there is permanent, it goes away when you close the window. Do you mean a Panel? Or maybe the System Tray? Or an Application Launcher? Or...? If you want to permanently place something on a Panel, right-click on an empty space on that panel and choose Panel Settings, then Panel Applets, then Add, then choose what you want to add, and where you want to add it. Then it will become a permanent part of that Panel (until you intentionally remove it, of course). Or, if it's really the Task Bar that you are having trouble configuring, right-click on an empty space on the Task Bar and you will see whatever options are available on your system to control the Task Bar. But placing stuff permanently on there is not possible. I am just another LXDE user but let me know if I can be of further help.
