Since YaST does not really work with transactional-update and is normally not needed with MicroOS, it's not part of the installation media. So for your autoyast profile to work, you need to make two things sure: 1. your profile should not try to install any YaST module 2. You need to make sure that autoyast is only using the first stage, not second stage. Unfortunate, we have currently no tool which creates a working autoyast profile for openSUSE MicroOS without YaST. I have attached an older template, this requires some adjustements.
