It is possible to now copy your ssh key during the installation - the root
password prompt now has an Import Public Key section
Therefore the new openssh default of not allowing root authentication with a
password isn't quite so bad..lowering the severity accordingly
Possible Solutions
1: Change ssh config to allow root password auth - I do not like this idea
2. Change the installer to create a user during installation - I'm indifferent
3. Accept the current behaviour - I prefer this
