It usually starts after some hours after the SoC has booted and then sticks until the next reboot at that rate. The only other issue I saw on the log I considered possibly relevant was an occasional page allocation failure showing at pageallocationfailure.txt:185. The only devices attached to the Raspberry are the SD card, an USB flash drive and the Ethernet cable, and occasionally a case fan.
