Sure, bnc#1012628 should track any tw kernel changes,
but was closed in
10/2017 with no tracking ever got there..
Well, I was told that tumbleweed OBS submissions do not note anything to
bugzilla :), so there is no tracking whatsoever in the TW bnc #.
