[opensuse-kernel] Support for Banana Pi
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi all - For some time I've had a Banana Pi device running an openSUSE 13.2 image that I downloaded from the Banana Pi site. Over time, I'd been gradually dragging it forward with self-built vendor kernels and u-boot, hoping that it wouldn't fall apart. The other day, I installed the Kernel:stable kernel-default and the Factory u-boot and it all just worked! Since the openSUSE ARM team has done such a fantastic job getting all of this stuff integrated, I decided to see what was necessary to get real out-of-the-box support set up. The effort was literally just adding 6 lines to two files. Super easy! So, I'm happy to share the results: https://en.opensuse.org/HCL:BananaPi The next time the Tumbleweed JeOS images are built, they will include Banana Pi support! Thanks to Dirk for his help and encouragement getting this included. Great work, team! - -Jeff - -- Jeff Mahoney SUSE Labs -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG/MacGPG2 v2.0.19 (Darwin) iQIcBAEBAgAGBQJVeuTnAAoJEB57S2MheeWyXJ8P/AghXdWxEOKkVMiQR94Fh7BX 7+XSYLaPaFRp1QqPkzT2ybeVfHqQVGCCbn0XZAc/B+5N0pQPZ/HCA0kClJy1cwUH hIWO8byqgKfe/BsVs8/rvfuKE4SYkzTGFnrKA9jL57oSm5lKxj1sH8OkXuUoqO1O y7y6nGdPrO/f9WSUefwfvp4XJ8jVwa+bS+nubxqBy0fuc3ICNWnwrRMbc94cAcnl QPbECxt+XjOxRXmMUY3f8dsg3y561EuPqE+v+XcnPR0TEw1AxjmDbDDcOe0pGGim NCfoIEq1Cy88+Uc8QVqSMAownOZJ+9fxgM3xCBPx7xZU13W9uxExBuaS2rz8alyu nEt75PAUvmIapxJblQhTDFlYeMB6Yi4MMbbVu2Ofs2PCZfGJhrunbc0eAl1N05dK +9MVEY5oR9Ukuc63mh+Yu/kS/d2inSiL5Z0hkZcF2RXOwKOqHnoYJaHxXwLVEZvp mfzHfokb2f+AYRrJoFOysCp3ICgvuDxodZPrqpnujNeXlaXYTRJSMwYdmJbccIlT TKOTrYLynmeModdk0+8D9w7CTDXSTkBvwHN8iFdo8o4aniLfmbNYyg/n7r7oxLfb 75xhOldSSRa8iCdjRJmB1BMh6n0WvepZXTrdrHxVKbn/H36vIu6nl27mTcGMPaX9 WMbZzJJ+n764ggtyvd7T =jSja -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kernel+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-kernel+owner@opensuse.org

Whoops. A little bit of muscle memory there -- this was intended for opensuse-arm. Sorry for the noise. - -Jeff - -- Jeff Mahoney SUSE Labs -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG/MacGPG2 v2.0.19 (Darwin) iQIcBAEBAgAGBQJVeuWjAAoJEB57S2MheeWyfkgQAJ3aw9JILfRz4fgOQbFDKAbG wijUVc3kPYx7H4W67W32+oUNN2iG8lOybQFLPgSes2SE26ulblMDtmWu2LEujfkt LK3Sbv6ao0rBkvgoiI3SOy0A/kUUFl0rLl5ogSRrNK0tEH5tUw2IfvMqrgxw2Cdp 3tYCNDlgpXajn/ENNmZVwbuqwG6l48PZXNIz2sK224l03eoasT7jjM8dt8mSk4i3 rVhAuIOJP4UDGU2iaxgyYY3DjSFYCRay+DpQuDbn6GmZNUm2JH8OFqyDjZcEvrF9 z3T0tUjFP+SS7BdCUlKmGFyC4l0n4+cP3Ii9Zpahqeto7+ap8hF2xPxNojbi4K5L ULAKzInGICPkC4Crn/bplqfY7M7gH35lbPSP3GTQwWjmiC4b4R3E7heSbJLqPkNw O07C6JgcrxnJ1yv0APqKf3cycPTqRoaqeTmzqYHpeIqeMzZSnGL514Sx07BxykKB BVmUdXl6qBXKt7Ye97PgESa1gcicdxbQr2Pu3OCbp0gzpLNc6lSRF6buRUT/A6Wt VNcLj9hVWyP26kG5OiPi9hfuFp5DVFEpX7vTy3U7u/tGFniwQodXDppqjqJ3MVgO HlJvICit+lNbchBjY1v4Wa5AZIZ1Fz6mj/7z2+TwVV5PLZVtK+l9UvdWAROsgeq6 ApmlCCXULwygxspXUWKI =nZ84 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kernel+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-kernel+owner@opensuse.org
