Hi.
First of all, I appreciate your work and congratulate her on OpenSUSE kernel maintenance.
I like packing my own modifications to the vanilla kernel. The changes I need are very basic. It consists of making a general deblob the base kernel.
I hope you can give me some tips and tricks to do it the better. I am familiar with the OBS.
Hi, please post such questions to the opensuse-kernel@opensuse.org mailing list (no subscription required). To answer your question: Have a look at the "HOW TO ADD CUSTOM PATCHES" chapter of the /usr/src/linux/README.SUSE file. Another option is to clone the kernel-source.git repository and maintain your modifications in a branch. hth, Michal -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kernel+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-kernel+help@opensuse.org
