[opensuse-kernel] [RESEND] openSUSE equivalent to drm-tip?
Hi All I've added to a comment to this bug report (since I see the same error); https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=110613 But, looks like I may need to build the drm-tip kernel, so my question is, of the kernel builds on OBS are there any that are close to drm-tip? Or to make life easier, can this be added to OBS kernel builds? -- Cheers Malcolm °¿° SUSE Knowledge Partner (Linux Counter #276890) Tumbleweed 20190721 | GNOME Shell 3.32.2 | 5.1.16-1-default Intel DQ77MK MB | i5-3470S X4 @ 3.60 GHz | Intel Ivybridge HD 2500 up 3:34, 2 users, load average: 0.14, 0.45, 0.51 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kernel+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-kernel+owner@opensuse.org

Sorry, such kernel build does not exist and is not trivial to maintain if added. You can use master/stable config with your drm/tip checkout to build a kernel similar to that in Tumbleweed. Agreed (and why not to build other tip trees?). You can use linux-next from: https://build.opensuse.org/project/monitor/Kernel:linux-next It contains almost the latest drm code. regards, -- js suse labs -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kernel+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-kernel+owner@opensuse.org
