[opensuse-kernel] Multiversions for KMP?

Currently virtualbox drivers crash with 4.7 kernel; but when I booted 4.6 I found that kernel modules are gone. Which is understandable as virtualbox was updated in the meantime. Was multiversion support for KMPs ever considered?
