Having a challenge getting the 3.13 kernel properly installed. What's the correct resolution here?

zypper up kernel-xen ... The following NEW package is going to be installed: kernel-xen-base
This means something else is installed which depends on the old kernel-xen version, and so pulls in kernel-xen-base to satisfy the dependency.

trying both,

Problem: kernel-xen-base-3.13.rc7-6.1.g57a2f1c.x86_64 conflicts with kernel-xen = 3.13.rc7-6.1.g57a2f1c provided by kernel-xen-3.13.rc7-6.1.g57a2f1c.x86_64
That's correct, you can't install both. Try "rpm -e kernel-xen-base" to find out what wants to have the old version. -- Stefan Seyfried "If your lighter runs out of fluid or flint and stops making fire, and you can't be bothered to figure out about lighter fluid or flint, that is not Zippo's fault." -- bkw -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kernel+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-kernel+owner@opensuse.org
