[opensuse-kernel] Kernel:HEAD dtb-source not getting rebuilt for 4.8

Hi, We have aarch64 kernel-{source,default} 4.8.rc4 built now, but dtb-source and dtb-aarch64 are still at 4.7.0 and in published state. Might this be caused by the ARM repository being configured as rebuild="local"? We need to have all dtb-* packages rebuilt whenever the kernel sources change, and kernel-source does not look excluded from use-for-build...
