It has nothing to do with using non-default kernels; the same is observed using stock 13.2 kernels as well.
Well, then someone who cares should find out why dracut wants to include those modules and fix that. Or even better -- teach dracut to notice that Modules that are built into the kernel do not need to be included in the initrd :-)
