[opensuse-kernel] out of tree kernel modules update missing in 13.2

Few days ago there was a kernel update for 12.3, 13.1 and 13.2. In the 13.1 update repository together with the kernel update there were also the updates of the out of tree kernel modules (ipset-kmp, cloop-kmp, vhba-kmp, etc.).
