[opensuse-kernel] [PATCH] Reenable ARM64 configs

Hi, could somebody of the kernel git privileged people please merge the patch below to master? it reenables the ARM64 config, which we need to finish a ARM64 port of openSUSE. Thanks a lot in advance, Greetings, Dirk
