Playing with powertop, I got the following suggestion: Suggestion: Enable the CONFIG_USB_SUSPEND kernel configuration option. This option will automatically disable UHCI USB when not in use, and may save approximately 1 Watt of power. Is this something we should do in our kernel? Or what is the risk for this? Will it break automatic access to hot-pluggable devices?
