[opensuse-kernel] KMP build failure for Kernel:stable

Hi, while setting up a BFQ KMP repo in OBS home:tiwai:bfq/bfq for various projects, I found that only Kernel:stable failed to build. The package gets the badness like below. [ 157s] bfq-kmp-desktop.x86_64: E: suse-policy-kmp-missing-supplements (Badness: 10000) Since the local build works and all other projects can be built (including Kernel:HEAD), this looks rather like a problem of Kernel:stable project setup.
