[opensuse-kernel] MMC problems, device doesnt show up.

Hi: In this xps 15z laptop Im having (another) weird problem, Initially I thought that the MMC card reader was not supported as this fact was mentioned in some wikis. However it works well, BUT only when a memory card is present at boot time, otherwise the device never shows up, it disappears from lspci, modprobing the needed drivers have no effect.
