[opensuse-kernel] Removal of f2fs

Hello everyone, I'm writing this to announce that I intend on removing f2fs being built as part of opensuse-leap and opensuse-tumbleweed kernels. The reasoning behind this can be found at https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1109665. Additionally I'd like to use this email as an opportunity for everyone who might be negatively impacted by this change to voice their concern. If I hear nothing in 2-3 days I shall proceed forward and apply the necessary changes to the kernel config.
