[opensuse-kernel] Fix ARM omap3beagle USB3320 detection

Please find a patch to fix ARM omap3beagle USB3320 detection due to bad pin mux config. USB3320 reset is on uart2_rx/gpio_147 pin. This patch enable UART3 only instead all 4 UARTs for beagleboard (xM) to be able to get the uart2_rx/gpio_147 pin for the usb3320 reset. Without this patch there are no USB (and no Ethernet which is on USB) on beagleboard xM since last kernel update.
