There was an unmet intermediate dependency due to CPU_V7 stuff getting pulled in. I've traced this down to your inclusion of Broadcom Kona support - it was hard to locate on broadcom.com but it seemed that several models were indeed Cortex-A9 (ARMv7), so I've disabled them. http://www.broadcom.com/products/Applications-and-Multimedia-Processors/IP-C... If you do need any of it, please investigate yourself what's going wrong there and submit a follow-up patch, ideally CC'ing me. I've also changed a few new options from unset to module and cleaned up around that. When in doubt, I've enabled I2C and SPI drivers as modules in case someone wants to use them via breadboard or cape. While doing so, I found an AM335x option enabled that I've now disabled (ARMv7). Thanks, applied to master and cherry-picked to stable.
