From your logs I can see that the Intel driver is properly loaded. I'm not sure if the benchmarking numbers are sane or not since I don't have a similar system to compare with. intel-gpu-top shows an idle GPU but perhaps that is because you didn't have a GPU load running when capturing the output. Since this bug is about HDMI not being properly recognized I think you should file a separate bug for the performance issues. The reason HDMI was not properly recognized at first was that 15.4 didn't support ADL-P. And the problem with 15.5 was a bad cable. I think we can close this bug.
