The purpose of the "meaningless log messages" is to show the CPU configuration
of the machine. Example:
x86: Booting SMP configuration:
.... node #0, CPUs: #1 #2 #3 ... #63
.... node #1, CPUs: #64 #65 #66 ... #127
where the ellipsis "..." has the other core numbers which I've not added here
for readability.
I guess we can make "Disabled fast string operations" a once message so that it
doesn't fire on every CPU as that's pointless and redundant.
But that's all cosmetic stuff - the "promotion" of info messages to warn is the
bigger issue which Petr can comment on.
