[Bug 1209155] Terminal width on hi res laptop is 1/3 what it should be
https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1209155 https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1209155#c29 Takashi Iwai <tiwai@suse.com> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|NEW |RESOLVED Resolution|--- |FIXED --- Comment #29 from Takashi Iwai <tiwai@suse.com> --- The first letter ('1', '2', etc) of ter-* font file name indicates the encoding. The font size is specified in the following two digits, and the last letter is the style (either 'n' for normal or 'b' for bold). So, terminus fonts provide only up to 32 pixel in anyway -- and that's the max size the kernel can show in VT console, too. As the improved text size can be achieved by the config adjustment, let's close the bug. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
