OK, it's tough to debug if it's not reproducible reliably.

In anyway adding Coly to Cc, as this might be an MD issue.

FYI, there were two changes about MD between *.22 and *.25: 34cd7b5b435ab2205be3a505de13c65d3a8b6fdf md/raid1: Fix data corruption for degraded array with slow disk bfb799a0ccab07a21277db07ccc365138bc16ef7 md/raid5: avoid BUG_ON() while continue reshape after reassembling

Judging from the description, the first one might be relevant, and my test kernel in OBS home:tiwai:bsc1232402 is with the revert of that patch.
