Forgotten one, sorry about that.
e j, is it still happening with the latest kernel in TW?
CCing Takashi, who might have met with i915 driver issues in 5.7 and 5.8 kernels already.
Unfortunately it is still not working correctly on latest update: Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20201227 KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.77.0 Qt Version: 5.15.2 Kernel Version: 5.10.1-1-default OS Type: 64-bit Processors: 2 Intel Celeron 2955U @ 1.40GHz Memory: 7.6 GiB of RAM Although the behavior is improved to the extent that I can actually start a plasma session (with random screen flashing and strange rastering of black lines, triangles etc). As a quick test I was able to run firefox with close to normal behavior outside of some flickering/flashing boxes, but launching chrome really causes problems and renders the session unusable. Restarting X doesn't seem to fix things once it becomes non-functional. So I'm back to kernel 5.6. If there's anything I can do to help sort this out please let me know. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
