In the early stage I discovered an critical issue [1] and in the lack of a better solution the workaround d483f034f032 ("usb: dwc2: Skip clock gating on Broadcom SoCs") was applied. Unfortunately this cause a regression on Rasperry Pi 3B+ in a specific scenario [2]. I prevent the patch to be applied in linux-stable and tried to find the root cause even with the Raspberry Pi guys but no luck so far [3]. So recently I decided to revert this patch. On Friday I noticed this ticket and assume you manually applied the offending patch. I added Ivan in CC for the V5 series [4] which revert the mentioned patch. I was hoping to inform you about this and get a Tested-by. [1] - https://lore.kernel.org/linux-usb/2bcf7fac-8e8f-4d7a-a837-08805a0076e3@gmx.n...
