dvb-demod-si2168-b40-01.fw dvb-demod-m88rs6000.fw
Where do you have the FW files from? Didn't you update those?
Do they belong to some package: rpm -qf /usr/lib/firmware/dvb-demod-m88rs6000.fw ?
It took me time to discover that the firmware I did download from git (from the right link and using LinuxTV.org) had, yes, the right name, but(!) the wrong size. The two firmware files installed were slightly smaller which indicates that or something did stimmy them or the download was interrupted/corrupted without throwing any error. Anyway, erasing the former firmware files and reinstalling from GIT did solve the issue. Sorry for the noise. This is somewhat a side effect of having had a Mesa update every second day in that period, so I did check and try whatever, including the origin, the link, the name of the firmware...but not the firmware size. Unfortunately there is no checksum to compare, so you have to find out the hard way sometimes. Thank your for your effort.
