I have another update:
1) I found out that by blacklist hci_uart and manually modprobing it once the
graphical user interface is up, Bluetooth can be made to work rather reliably.
2) In doing so, hibernate also works, if hci_uart is unloaded again before
hibernate.
3) Bluetooth almost always comes back after resume from hibernate when
reloading hci_uart.
4) Alas, Wi-Fi won't return. Unloading ath11k_pci (and ath11k) before hibernate
doesn't seem to help it. And restarting the network service after resume
doesn't help either
I also can't observe any errors in dmesg in that state.
The observations hold both for 5.13.8-1-default from the regular repo and
5.14.0-rc4-3.g1c88b51-default .
As mentioned before on rc5 the Wi-Fi controller doesn't show up at all.
