I have been tracking this bug report as an update for me from the 5.14.11 kernel to the 5.15.7 kernel also resulted in bluetooth no longer working with my bluetooth mouse nor my BoseSoundsport bluetooth speakers (this is on a LEAP-15.3 with the stable:backport:kernel ) on a Lenovo X1 Carbon gen-9 laptop. Updating to the 5.15.10 kernel and bluetooth is once again working properly with this laptop.
