KDE 3.1: Double-click on menu button in titlebar
I've just gone up to KDE3.1 from 3.0.4. Previously, I could close a window by double-clicking the leftmost button in the titlebar. That doesn't seem to work any more. I've hunted through the configurations, but I can't seem to find a way to turn this behaviour on. Any ideas? Okay, so I did some digging and found out that that's how the Keramik window decorations behave. Which is a shame, because I quite like the Keramik look, but I prefer to be able to double-click to close. Is there any way of having my cake and eating it? Ta,

Matt, You may have to choose a different window style/decoration to get back your close feature on the left. They are there, but as you noted Keramik doesn't behave that way. Also, the setting for double clicking is still in the control centre settings, they are just a little harder to find now with the 3.1 changes. I guess once we get use to where things are at now, they will change them again. ;o) But with the nice new stuff 3.1 has, I think I can tolerate these minor annoyances! Heck, maybe it's time to write my own window decoration stuff ;) Thanks for the replies, everyone. Matt -- "It's the small gaps between the rain that count, and learning how to live amongst them." -- Jeff Noon
