[opensuse-kde] What happened to KTrafficAnalyzer?
Hi, I've used KTrafficAnalyzer for quite a while now and have grown quite attached to it. It is very useful for monitoring installation downloads and the stats are a good comparison for my ip usage. I've just woken up and noticed that it's been dropped from the distro. I'm happy to reintroduce it and maintain it but is there possibly a replacement or another reason why it's been dropped? Ok I can partially answer this question myself, I didn't have :- http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Community/openSUSE_Factory/ enabled only :- http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/KDE4:/Community/openSUSE_Fact... What's the difference between the two? I'm surprised such a useful package or equivalent isn't in factory. From a brief look at the packages, I would say one of them is KDE4, the other KDE3.

I guess it is not that important for most people and hence just an additional "nice to have" package. Sven -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-kde+help@opensuse.org

I wrongly named the kde3 community kde4 for some reason, that explains why I didn't have it enabled. This also answers my question as to why KTrafficAnalyzer is fading away from the distribution, it hasn't been ported to kde4 and the latest source is June 2008.
