Hi All!
I am trying to develop an easy way for my son to create printed flash cards. I'm starting with an open office spreadsheet which is filled out in two columns.
Why don't you use the Drawing module? Define a template with the number of cards you get on a full sheet, then on each card draw a text frame that you can then fill with any text you want. CTRL+A selects the whole text, even what has disappeared into never-never land, as you say, and change the font size so that it all fits in your frame. fxf -- ______________________ Courtesy of SuSE Linux http://www.nibz.org

This also sounds like it might be an easier job using Scribus, the desktop publishing program. I believe there is an early version included on the SuSE 9.0 discs, maybe 1.0.1, but there is a newer version available. I think we are up to 1.1.4 now.
