You have to look at the "hidden" headers of the list email, as has been so for decades. The method to see them depend on the software you use; for example, in Thunderbird, it is Menu "View", then "View source". There you will find these: List-Archive: <https://lists.opensuse.org/archives/list/kde@lists.opensuse.org/> List-Help: <mailto:kde-request@lists.opensuse.org?subject=help> List-Owner: <mailto:kde-owner@lists.opensuse.org> List-Post: <mailto:kde@lists.opensuse.org> List-Subscribe: <mailto:kde-join@lists.opensuse.org> List-Unsubscribe: <mailto:kde-leave@lists.opensuse.org> That is, you have to send an email TO: kde-leave@lists.opensuse.org and that's all.
