[opensuse-kde] KDE stable and trunk in parallel
In a talk at the openSUSE conference, being able to install trunk and stable KDE versions in parallel will be possible in openSUSE 11.4. Is that is something only for 11.4, or will it be in all KDE repos, and is it already done or planned for some point in the future? -Todd -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-kde+help@opensuse.org

We talked about it but didn't do it yet. It would be a prefix change as was done from /opt/kde3 to /usr. It shouldn't be a lot of work to do this, since most of the file locations in KDE packages are now set by variables from macros.kde4 in kde4-filesystem, but it is work, and it will be lower priority than features for me.
