[opensuse-kde] KDE:Applications and 13.2
Hi, Are there plans to build KDE:Applications also for 13.2? And if not, why not? Thanks, Cor -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-kde+owner@opensuse.org

KDE Applications 14.12 were build and submitted to the update channel for 13.2. Further releases will not be provided as that this would mean that you have to switch the desktop to Plasma5. Most of the applications are now becoming based on Frameworks/Plasma5 and no longer KDE4 based. The change from the KDE4 desktop to the Plasma5 desktop will only happen on Tumbleweed and the future openSUSE release (13.3 or 14.0; whatever version number is going to be chosen). I understand that. But Frameworks/Plasma 5 is provided through the update channel and KDE:Frameworks is build for 13.1 and 13.2. Specific reason I am asking is that I wanted to check out the new kdenlive without upgrading to Tumbleweed (although adding KDE:Frameworks is OK for me).
