Hello, as said during the last IRC meeting, if a package in KDE:Extra does not have an explicit maintainer/bugowner set for the package itself (i.e. its maintainers/bugowners come from the repo-wide list), then it is considered to be maintained by the team as a whole. That means with all the consequences, such as the package possibly getting deleted if decided on this list.
