[opensuse-kde] lionmail?
i'm wondering what happened to the lionmail plasma widget that has been written about in several blog posts some time ago. i can't find it in any of the repos or OBS home projects. did it die, or get a new name, or what? -- phani. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-kde+help@opensuse.org
AFAIK it's not dead but requires Akonadi, while KMail 1.x does not use Akonadi. It probably makes no sense to have LionMail when KMail 2.0 is not part of openSUSE. On Friday 24 December 2010 04:53:16 phanisvara das wrote:

well, i'm using openSUSE with KDE factory (4.6 RC1) and the additional kdepim46 repo, giving me kmail2 with akonadi. i can't find lionmail anywhere though, not even in the KDE unstable repos. -- phani. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-kde+help@opensuse.org

It's not packaged yet, and given that it has two bugs right now I'd call a showstopper, I'd rather not have it in the hands of unknowing users at this point. -- sebas http://www.kde.org | http://vizZzion.org | GPG Key ID: 9119 0EF9 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-kde+help@opensuse.org

Isn't that what Unstable/Playground is for? -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-kde+help@opensuse.org
