I just upgraded from kde3.1.3 to 3.1.4, using the rpms from suse's site, yesterday and I've noticed that the styles aren't being applied to non-kde apps like mozilla and thunderbird. I know they were before. There used to be a box in the styles menu that you could check to apply settings to non-kde apps. That setting is no longer there.
